How to choose a medical spa in Oklahoma City: five questions to ask before you book

The Oklahoma City metro has dozens of medical spas, and most of their websites look alike. These five questions cut through the marketing. Ask them on the phone or at your consultation, and listen to how they are answered as much as what is said.

1. Who will perform my treatment, and what are their credentials?

You are looking for a name and a license, not "one of our specialists." At The Aesthetics Place MedSpa the answer is always the same: Tanja Pittman, DNP, APRN, CNP.

2. What happens at the consultation?

A thorough consultation covers your health history, medications, goals, and options at different price points. It should never feel like a sales pitch.

3. What product or device will you use, and why that one?

A confident provider can explain their choices. For example, we use Jeuveau as our wrinkle relaxer, HydraFacial and Glo2Facial for no-downtime facials, and SkinPen for microneedling, and we are happy to explain why for each.

4. What will it cost, all in?

Ask about per-unit pricing, how many units or sessions are typical, and whether follow-up visits are included. Our service prices are posted on our treatments page.

5. What if I have a problem or I am not happy with my result?

Listen for a clear follow-up process and a real person to contact. Aesthetic medicine is not perfectly predictable, and a good provider plans for that.
