How the program works

  • A one-hour consultation. Health history, current medications, goals, and a realistic timeline.

  • A personalized prescription plan. If you are a candidate, Tanja may prescribe semaglutide or tirzepatide and sets your starting dose.

  • Medication delivered to your home. No weekly trips just to pick up a syringe.

  • Ongoing monitoring. Dosing is adjusted based on how you respond and how you feel.

  • In-office or telehealth. Whichever fits your week.


Who qualifies

Generally, adults with a BMI over 30, or a BMI over 27 with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or type 2 diabetes. These medications are not appropriate for everyone, including people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN2, or a history of pancreatitis. That is what the consultation is for.

How far is Mustang?

We are on State Highway 152 in Mustang, roughly 20 to 25 minutes from much of southwest and west Oklahoma City, and close to Yukon. With telehealth follow-ups available, many patients only come in person occasionally.
